Data Deletion Instructions

StyFect ("We", "Us") respects Your right to control Your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of any personal information We hold about You — including information We received when You submitted a lead form in one of Our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, which reaches Us through Our Meta business application "Styfect CRM".

What Data We Hold About You

If You contacted Us through a Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads form, a form on this website, or WhatsApp, Our customer-relationship-management (CRM) system may hold:

  • Your full name, phone number and email address;
  • Your city / emirate and area;
  • Your answers to the form questions (e.g. the product You are interested in, number of windows, measurements, preferred visit time);
  • The campaign, advertisement and form name You responded to;
  • Related enquiry history — notes from calls, WhatsApp conversations, scheduled site visits and quotations prepared for You.

How to Request Deletion

Send Us a deletion request through any of the following channels:

So that We can locate Your record, please include Your full name and the phone number or email address You used on the form. If Your request concerns a Facebook or Instagram lead form, mentioning that helps Us find it faster.

What Happens Next

  • We will verify Your identity against the contact details on the record, to protect Your data from unauthorised deletion requests.
  • We will permanently delete Your lead record — contact details, location, form answers and associated enquiry notes — from Our CRM within 30 days of the verified request.
  • We will confirm to You in writing (by email or WhatsApp) once the deletion is complete.
  • We may retain a minimal record where We have a legal obligation to do so (for example, invoices for services already delivered, as required by UAE law). Any such retained data is no longer used to contact You.

Data Held by Facebook / Meta

Deleting Your data from Our systems does not delete the copy of Your form submission that Meta itself stores. To manage that copy:

  • Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites to review or remove the connection to Our app ("Styfect CRM");
  • You can also review Your submitted lead forms under Facebook's Lead Ads help page, or consult the Meta Privacy Policy for Your rights regarding data Meta holds.
